You made this entire process so easy and walked me thru it step‐by‐step. I was never frustrated or felt like this was a huge undertaking and I know that was because you made this process seamless! Thank you for your patience while we worked thru the new vendor set up and actually getting the PO approved.
Also, please express my gratitude to Jeff and Noah! I know this wasn’t their first install but they too made this process so easy and comfortable. They are efficient and we really appreciated them taking care of our lab like it was their own.
